Standard Quality :It has special fragrance of truffles, no peculiar smell, fresh enough, and any kind of spoil is not allowed.

2. Frozen Truffle
Process: handpick¡ª cleaning¡ªdrying¡ªfrozen. Single frozen (-25oC¡ª -30oC) or frozen by liquid nitrogen (-40oC¡ª -60oC).
Packing: plastic bag inside, carton outside, 20kg/carton or packed in foam carton, 30kg/carton ( is available by air .)
Quantity: 10-15MT.
Supplying time: January¡ª December
3.dehydrate truffle
Size: thickness 1.5-2.5mm , dia.similitude¡Ý5cm, and moisture ¡Ü 10%
Standard Quality: good enough, and any kind of decay is not allowed.
Quantity: According to buyer's requirement.
4.Canned Truffle
Standard: like the standard mentioned above or processing according to the buyer's requirement.
Size: the whole, slice (5¡Á5¡Á5mm, 6¡Á6¡Á6mm) or the custom-made.
